My Life Story-Part-1
Emotional Strength Helped Me Survive Loss, Hardship, And Life-Changing Challenges While Rebuilding My Future Step-By-Step.

Hello, My dear friends. My name is Raji. I am 36 years old, and this is not just a blog post — this is my truth. Before I speak about health, I must speak about survival. Because for me, health did not begin with diet or exercise. It began with courage.Emotional strength is not something we are born with—it is built through silent pain, struggles, and life experiences. My journey is a reflection of how inner strength grows even in the hardest moments.
I am not a doctor. I am not a fitness expert. I am simply a woman who refused to break, even when life tried many times. Emotional Strength helped me survive difficult childhood experiences.
This blog is my journey — of healing, strength, self-respect, and rebuilding my life step by step.
Growing Up Without Parents and Developing Emotional Strength
I was born in Tamil Nadu, but I did not grow up in a typical home filled with warmth and protection.
My father left us.
My mother suffered from severe mental illness. She could not recognize her own children.
Because of financial struggles and family difficulties, my grandmother placed us in a Christian orphanage. My two brothers and I grew up there, separated into different hostels — I in the girls’ hostel, and they in the boys’ hostel.
Do you know what it feels like to grow up without your mother’s hug?
Without your father’s guidance?
From a young age, I learned how to survive without emotional support.
From outside, I looked like a normal girl.
Inside, I carried loneliness. Emotional Strength became my greatest support during loneliness.
Losing My Mother And Learning Emotional Strength Through Grief
After completing my basic nursing course, I hoped life would slowly improve. But life gave me another shock.
My mother suddenly passed away due to a heart attack.
At that moment, I felt completely lost. My brothers were still young. I had to be strong, even though I was broken inside.
I married at a very young age, believing I had found safety and stability.
But slowly, that belief changed. Losing my mother taught me the value of Emotional Strength.
Marriage, Silent Suffering, And Emotional Strength
My husband struggled with alcohol addiction. In the beginning, things seemed manageable. But over time, control replaced care.
I was not treated like a partner.
I was expected to adjust, tolerate, and remain silent.
I became a mother at 19 years old.
My first daughter was born in 2009.
My second daughter was born in 2011.
Instead of joy, I faced disappointment from others because I did not give birth to a son.
Imagine being a young girl, already carrying childhood wounds, now responsible for two babies, without guidance, without emotional support, and without financial independence.
Some nights, I cried silently.
But every morning, I stood up again.
Emotional Strength allowed me to keep moving forward despite pain.
The Decision That Changed Everything My Life

In 2014, I made the most difficult decision of my life — I left that marriage.
Not because I was fearless.
But because I did not want my daughters to grow up believing that suffering is normal.
I had no big savings.
No powerful support system.
No clear roadmap.
Only determination.
In 2015, I bought my first mobile phone. That small device became my teacher. Through social media and online resources, I began learning things I never had the chance to learn before.
It was the beginning of my self-education. Every challenge helped me build stronger Emotional Strength.
Education, Work, and Survival Journey
I worked as a hospital assistant. But I knew I needed better qualifications to earn more and secure my daughters’ future.
So I completed my 12th standard. Later, I joined a degree course. I studied and worked at the same time. Financial struggles followed me, but I refused to give up.
Eventually, I moved to Bangalore. That city became a turning point in my life. Emotional Strength guided me through single motherhood.
Discovering Health, Healing and Self-Worth

Until I moved to Bangalore, I had never thought about self-care.
I did not know about skincare.
I did not know about balanced nutrition.
I did not know that caring for myself was important.
My life had always been about survival.
But slowly, I started learning:
• How to eat better
• How to care for my skin
• How to move my body
• How to build confidence
• How to respect myself
That was when I realized something powerful:
Without health, even success feels empty.
You can earn money.
You can achieve status.
But if your body and mind are exhausted, everything feels meaningless.
Health is not luxury.
Health is dignity.
My journey proves that Emotional Strength can be developed.
Why I Am Sharing My Emotional Strength Journey
My story is a reminder that Emotional Strength can transform lives.
I am not sharing this story for sympathy.
I am sharing it because somewhere, another woman may be feeling alone right now.
Maybe she feels invisible.
Maybe she feels unsupported.
Maybe she feels tired of pretending to be strong.
To her, I want to say:
You are stronger than you think.
Your pain does not define you.
Your past does not control your future.
And to every man reading this:
True strength is kindness.
True leadership is respect.
A real partner supports, not suppresses.
Emotional Strength helped me overcome fear and uncertainty.
