My Life Story-Part-31
Simple Health Coach is not just a profession, but a purpose shaped through life struggles, real experiences, and a deep understanding of health beyond medicine.

When Life Teaches Lessons No Classroom Can
Education can teach us many things.
Schools teach us knowledge. Professional training teaches us skills. Books teach us theories and ideas.
But there are certain lessons that only life itself can teach.
The lessons that come through hardship, struggle, loss, and survival often become the most powerful teachers we ever encounter.
When I look back at my life journey — from growing up in an orphanage to becoming a nurse, from enduring years of domestic suffering to rebuilding my life as a single mother — I realize that every stage of that journey shaped the person I eventually became.
At the time, many of those experiences felt painful and unfair.
But over time, I began to understand that those struggles were also giving me something valuable.
They were giving me wisdom.
The Hidden Education of Life
My professional training in nursing gave me the scientific understanding of health.
I learned how the human body functions, how diseases develop, and how medical treatment can restore physical well-being.
But the challenges I faced in my personal life taught me something equally important.
They taught me about human resilience.
I learned how emotional stress affects physical health.
I experienced firsthand how anxiety, fear, and instability can weaken the body and mind.
I saw how lack of support, poverty, and social isolation can slowly erode a person’s well-being.
These lessons were not written in medical textbooks.
They were learned through real life.
Understanding Health Beyond Medicine

Working in a hospital environment allowed me to observe hundreds of patients from different backgrounds.
Some patients suffered from physical illness alone. Others were struggling with emotional stress, financial pressure, or family conflict.
Over time, I began to notice something very important.
Health is not only about the body.
Health is also about the environment in which a person lives.
A patient may receive excellent medical treatment in the hospital, but if they return to a home filled with stress, violence, or instability, their health often continues to suffer.
True healing requires more than medication.
It requires emotional stability, supportive relationships, and a peaceful environment.
My own life had proven this truth many times.
Discovering the Importance of Simple Health
After rebuilding my life with my daughters and returning to work, I began reflecting deeply on everything I had experienced.
I asked myself an important question.
How could I use my experiences to help others?
Many people around me were facing challenges similar to the ones I had endured — emotional stress, family conflicts, health struggles, and lack of guidance about how to maintain well-being.
I realized that my life had given me a unique perspective.
I had seen health from two sides.
As a nurse, I understood medical care.
As a survivor, I understood the emotional and social struggles that often affect health.
Combining these two perspectives led me to develop a simple philosophy.
Health does not have to be complicated.
Sometimes the most powerful improvements in life come from simple changes.
According to the World Health Organization, true health includes physical, mental, and social well-being, not just the absence of disease.
The Birth of the “Simple Health” Philosophy
The idea of Simple Health was born from this understanding.
Instead of focusing only on complex medical treatments or extreme lifestyle changes, Simple Health emphasizes practical habits that support both physical and mental well-being.
These habits include:
- Maintaining emotional balance
- Creating a peaceful living environment
- Building supportive relationships
- Practicing healthy routines
- Managing stress effectively
- Nourishing the body properly
- Protecting mental peace
These principles may appear simple, but their impact can be profound.
Many health problems today are connected not only to physical factors but also to stress, emotional trauma, and unhealthy environments.
Addressing these root causes can transform a person’s quality of life.
Turning Pain into Purpose
For many years, my life felt like a continuous battle for survival.
There were moments when I felt completely alone.
There were times when the future seemed uncertain and overwhelming.
But eventually, I realized something important.
Pain does not have to remain meaningless.
It can become purpose.
The suffering I experienced allowed me to understand the struggles that many others face quietly.
It gave me empathy.
It gave me the ability to listen without judgment.
And it gave me the determination to help others find healthier paths in their own lives.
Becoming a Guide for Others

As I began sharing my experiences and insights with others, I realized that many people were searching for guidance.
They were not only looking for medical advice.
They were looking for someone who understood their emotional struggles.
Someone who had walked through hardship and found a way forward.
This realization inspired me to step into a new role.
Not only as a nurse.
But also as a Simple Health Coach.
My goal became helping people understand that health is not just about curing disease.
It is about building a life that supports well-being in every dimension.
A Mission to Share Knowledge
Today, my journey continues with a clear mission.
Through my blog and my work, I want to share the lessons that life has taught me.
I want to help people understand that even in the middle of difficulty, there are ways to protect their health and rebuild their lives.
Simple habits can create powerful change.
Small improvements can lead to significant transformation.
And sometimes the most important step toward better health is simply believing that change is possible.
A Message for Every Reader
If you are reading my story today, I want you to know something important.
No matter how difficult your past may have been, it does not define your future.
Life may present challenges that feel overwhelming.
But within every person lies the ability to adapt, to grow, and to create a better path forward.
My journey from orphan girl to nurse, from suffering wife to independent mother, and from survivor to Simple Health Coach proves one simple truth.
Even after the darkest chapters of life, a new story can begin.
And sometimes that new story can help illuminate the path for others.
